Wow. The way you pick up that thread between images is nothing short of amazing.
these are lovely- and i just noticed that you’ve been using an olympus om-1. i’ve just started using my dad’s old om-2s and am head over heels. i tested out the super zoom lens this weekend at a wedding and can’t wait to see the results.
as for summer…we’re taking a road trip east, maybe through canada, visiting friends along the way, and ending up at a wedding at a summer camp! can’t wait.

I am going to England for six weeks! Yorkshire, Devon and London… I’d grown kind of jaded about London and following your blog has really refreshed my enthusiasm. (though, come to think of it, a lot of my apathy came from how expensive it is…)

Lovely images, Brian. I’m excited to go to the Cornish coast for 7 days in August for our ‘mini-moon’. We’re staying in a remote, National Trust Cottage on the Helford River. Daphne du Maurier country! No mobile reception, television or people. Bliss!

I live in Kosovo and am just back from a trip to Montenegro and Croatia. We enjoyed yourselves very much. If you are looking for recommendations, I would suggest the Balkans! Sveti Stefan in Montenegro is magical.
That second shot is swoony. Fourth one, too. Yes, a beach holiday is definitely in order.

I really want to go to Italy too. Some day. I think it will be small trips this summer. Little jaunts to the beach. Maybe some sailing here and there. Being near water, the ocean, is good for the soul.
