happy summer solstice to you … the longest day and the shortest night of the year. the days feel especially long here in the UK, which i love.
(even though i had to wear a wool sweater and socks over the weekend …. i’m hoping for a bit more heat in the coming months).
today is also day 1 of wimbledon, which has always marked the beginning of summer for me … i am a fanatic and i’m thrilled to be in london for this year’s tournament.
to kick summer off right, i had a look back through my summer photoset on flickr … man, i am excited for the next couple of months.
also, i have a few really cool things to show you here this week … i will meet you back here tomorrow with one of them. see you then, and enjoy this day.
