I like all the roof pitch shots in a row like that; very Bernd and Hilla Becher.
Have a super weekend!
oooo, the bunting! love that shot
great. i’m feeling the summer.
each and every photo here is lovely.
I always love rows and rows of masts. Some day.
Hi there. I’m an artist out in KC and have been a fan of your photographs for quite awhile (though I don’t think I ever commented much before). I just wanted to let you know I put some of your photos up and a link to your blog on my sources page. Hope that’s alright! These recent photos are something special. Thanks!
I have been loving all of your beach images. They would make an incredible book.
This looks like such a quaint little place. Would love to go there one day!
I like that you said “dudes.” Happy weekend, Brian.
This post is making me so happy, even though I am not at the beach. I can almost smell the saltwater.
You love roof shots! Your pictures are always so great :)
have a great weekend Brian! The colors in these are just so summery and happy.
I absolutely love every one of these beach shots – they make me very happy!
Just walked off of a hot, still, jelly-fishy beach in Virginia and these feel as much like summer to me as the salt on my skin right this instant. loving your work.
mmmmm… I have so enjoyed all your beach shots!!! They put a smile on my face.
Sweet! I love this collection!
that volvo model is one of my favourites ever. oh, and i love the “west wing”!
happy weekend.
These beach shots are great! Always sad to leave a neat place but you have pictures to remind you of how nice it is
Your photos make life look easy :)
the red and white-love! so, a depressing thing happened to me today, and i am curious as to whether it’s ever happened to you. i’m out in new mexico visiting family, and we went out hiking in a gorgeous canyon this morning. i had a new type of film to try and my pentax strapped to me. well, it was until i was well into the second roll that i realized that my battery must be dead bc my light meter is also, sadly, dead, meaning all those lovely pictures could very well be duds………..
anyway, yay to the beach!
great pics! love your blog.
happy weekend.

That first picture is magical. I wish I could have it in a frame just to stare at it in the dead of Chicago winter.
Brian, you have such a talent.
i love
the
roof tops.
that was me
above,
not shari.
sorry.
this is a wonderful group. my good friend had that same 1967 volvo when we were teenagers. so cool!
oh! we have the very same car, very same colour! it only needs some fixing before it will drive again.
great summer shots!
