You should put these in a book entitled “Miscellany.” I’m just saying because I would buy one. And the blue shoes…
oh such lovely pictures. the food looks great and i discovered nigel slater’s cookbook. simply wow.
i’m drowning in goodness.
1. THE NECKERCHIEF! Christophe is going to murder you.
2. Your kitchen sink might be the most graceful kitchen sink ever.
Beautiful stuff, Brian.
Fear not Molly, I’m actually kind of find of that one (just don’t dig your ones out now ;-) )…not half as good as “it’s like a Jjjjound post, except that ALL of the photos are mine” though, ha ha…bravo mate!
Find = fond
Nice set Brian. Funny: It’s been 2 days that I using Nigel’s book to cook my dinner. I love it!
Always love your posts.
I have several standouts in this miscellany collection, but the dog coming out of construction in front of Time for Tea made me laugh. Great capture!
MMM. Pellegrino and Lime. I’d need it after all those stairs.
I love the picture of the rod iron gate entry way to the pub. It reminds me of the Sloaney Pony out in Fulham, and I really want to follow that gate in…
i just sighed in happiness looking at all of these — i’m glad you shared these gems and got more organized in the process…(i love that shot with that sea gull in the window!)
i have been in london for just over two weeks and there is so much to do and see! really struggling to find something to photograph because i just want to photograph everything!!!! lovely city you’ve got there
Great photo’s Brian – so inspirational.
So many of these are soooo good, such a pleasure scrolling past each and every one of them.
always a pleasure to look at your pictures.
i think that the 16th (the light!) and the 20th are my favorites (and your jjjjound remark).
Lovely photos. I feel like we must live in the same part of North London..the canal, the streets, the buildings..and is that gooseberries and cream from Hurdlebrook farm (purchased from the Sunday Farmers’ Market up on Chapel Market)? And Nigel Slater’s Tender?
you capture london oh so gently.
Ahhh. As always, love your photos. Thanks for sharing.

that industrial building on the river is phenomenal!
So these are like out-takes? sheeshh… Too much skill..
