. . . . . . . . . . .
hello.
i’m back from a short trip to paris, where i had a great weekend with friends exploring the city, eating and snapping photos. i’m still trying to process everything, it was a sensory overload … so i might not have much to say, i’ll just show you with photos.
i’ll share more pics from paris throughout the week.
hope your weekend was a good one.

J’ai hâte de voir tout ça :)
It’s easy to love Paris.
Oh Paris my favorite city in the world …. and you taking photographs of it, sounds like the perfect combination to me, these are so beautiful, can’t wait to see more.

love these. so distinctly paris yet so distinctly ferry also. a nice mix!
all so good. just excellent.
so glad you’re traveling around europe on your weekends. you just can’t do that from brooklyn.
Ah, I was just there as well! And seeing your photos makes me miss it so much, as if I’d never even just had that wonderful dose of it. Paris has a way of doing that – and your photos obviously.
very nice profile portrait you’ve got there. great work, as usual!
it is always nice to see my city through someone else’s eyes.
i love the portrait with the rooftops in the background.
So lovely. You can’t go wrong in a place that has baskets of bread.
Alright, I am heading to Berlin soon and now I think that I should have gone back to Paris…
!!!
No need for words. Oh these pics!!!!
you are handy with the steal
The fifth photograph down is just perfect–you caught such a great scene. I know these are of a different city, of course, but these photos seem very different from your recent London ones–were you thinking about anything differently when you shot these?
Paris is such a distant memory to me at this point. Even seeing these photos brings back hazy images of the streets I’ve walked. It’s making me want to go back and hopefully soon. This set is absolutely perfect. I almost feel transported because of the focus and attention you gave to the details of the setting.
Great pictures!
Is there one of part of the Musee Picasso?
great work, cant wait to see more… include lots of coffee shots
:-)
With which camera did you take those photos brian ?
Wonderful pictures that show something of the Parisian mood
Nice set! Really enjoyed it :) I’m sad you didn’t say earlier you were going to Paris, I wish I had met you.
Oh and what camera did you use?
These are lovely.
Paris is wonderful! I love the one with the woman by the window, it captures paris beautifully.
Do you know any good place to develop/process film (120 and 35) in East London besides the usual jessops, snappy snaps?
oh sigh.
looks like it was a fantastic trip! makes me want to teleport over there right now.
I agree… I wish I was there! Now!
oh paris. look forward to more shots.
I seriously look forward to your posts as a new week starts. We’re in front of you time-wise in Australia so it increases the anticipation of your new posts as they don’t come through until Tuesday my time when our week has already well and truly begun. Love your work.
Oh to be able to make “short trips to paris”… I haven’t had the opportunity to travel outside of the US in a while (I’m not counting Feb in Vancouver, that was for work). I’m feeling the urge to go. I’ve been thinking of a trip to Iceland in spring after my busy work season…
oh my heart, more please!
de toute beauté! absolument magnifique. yes, more please.
Beautiful snaps!
xx
Just beautiful Brian – I hope you enjoyed your mini break!

Paris, how I miss you.
Well, I’ve just caught up on Paris and damn you for making me all yearny.
Also, that top photo is tops. Brill.
Love Paris. Your first photo had me – miss the bistros.
