all of these photos were taken with fuji velvia 100. cool tones, huh?
. . . . . . .
a couple of weekends ago, we went up to highgate/kentish town. we saw lots of taxidermy, we sat in a garden, we enjoyed good beer, we ate pork pies with homemade picalilli, we sat next to kitty daisy & lewis and made friends with their dogs, and now i have a new favorite pub in london.
(p.s. xavier has posted a few great photos from the weekend in paris, have a look if you’d like)

Ooooh! I love Velvia + Kitty Daisy & Lewis!
Yesterday I shot a whole roll of Velvia 50 while on Georges Island in the Boston Harbor – I’ve x-processed Velvia before and LOVED the result, but am so excited to see how these new photos look without cross processing. Are these x-pro’d or not? I especially love the photo of the pheasant atop the pass.
Yes cool tones indeed, like velvet.
Is there a tiny doll on the bull’s head? That bull seems so animated, I half expect him to open his mouth and burp.
Really lovely tones. I’m a devoted fuji pro H user, but I want to branch out and try new film. I have no idea where to even start!
mhm, i love this pub! looks great there.
I’m loving these, Brian.
these hues make me long for autumn (as if I don’t already)

Amazing photos – especially love the split pork pie. Makes me look forward to cosying up with a pint of ale this weekend.
