i’ll have to keep it short and sweet around here this week.
but: i’ve been making this salad from canal house cooking vol. 4 and it reminds me of summertime eating. recommended if you’re tired of eating wintery food, like i am.

I’m tired of most things winter right now, but the food I’m still ok with. Kale, hot soups and citrus fruits? Yes please. But still, I wouldn’t mind if we had an early spring here in Denmark.
Well I’m in Australia and it has been 38 degrees today …. soooo hot, I think I may try that recipe, what great colours !!!
Gorgeous colors! That salad looks yummy :)
Happy Monday.

I was in love with winter for a long time and then suddenly, I was at once done with it. I know how you feel about wanting to step away from the heavy foods. This looks lovely.

That salad reminds me of winter in San Francisco. I think I ate it every day for a month (at least) when we were living there. I got very good at sectioning those darn grapefruits.

Sooo tired of wintery foods! But I’m also hard to impress with salads. I adore grapefruit, though, so I think this one will be perfect for me, thanks for the tip!
