On my last night in London, I had already given back the keys to my flat and needed a place to sleep. And I had just finished up an awful week at work (plus packing). I was exhausted and I needed to chill out. So I booked a room at the St. John Hotel for a little treat.
They took good care of me (as you can see). The best part: sitting in bed and eating chocolate ice cream in a silver dish. That must be some kind of heaven.
Very early the next morning, the chef made me a bacon sandwich to take to the airport, and I was on my way home.
