Shooting (and editing) a lot of photos recently, but nothing that I can share here with you here — at least not yet.
Recently, I had some time to kill in Manhattan before my film was ready to be picked up. So I decided to take a walk along the High Line. Just as I arrived, it started to snow (it hasn’t snowed much this winter at all). Perfect timing … it was a quiet walk and I really felt some love for NYC that day.

It’s just great when i read your blog, the way you describe NYC.
Im from Spain, and i’ve never been there, but it feels very good to see that theres more city apart from the classic shots taken in Times square and the Brooklyn bridge.
Here´s my flickr, hope u like the pics ;)

Oh! The High Line! I – and Sølve too – loved that place. Hope to go back there soon.
The High Line is on my top 3 of places to see next time I visit NY. It’s such an awesome idea!
When we were there in the summer a lady was sitting out on that fire escape on her laptop and we took a photo. Such a funny coincidence! Hope you’re enjoying your new life, Brian! N
That second photo shows such a lovely, peaceful feeling to New York. It feels like the perfect photo for the beginning of the week.
The High Line is on my list as well of places to visit next time I get to NYC. It looks so interesting.
I would love to see this High Line when I can visit NYC…someday. Lovely!
The taste of New York… Beautiful.
Snow always makes things look better: silence cover everything and white softens pains.
For a brief moment, until I noticed the fire escape and read your description, I thought the first photograph was shot in London!
I love the color of the tree against the dark brick building. Very nice.
The Hi Line is one of my favorite places in NYC especially if I’m walking from or to Chelsea Market. Need to visit again soon. Lovely images.
