. . . . . . . .

a few things pictured above that i liked:
+ berlin courtyards
+ individual rhubarb & raspberry crumbles and flat whites at oliv
+ street art (it’s everywhere in berlin … and i snapped lots of photos of it)
+ do you read me?! (amazing selection of books and magazines in mitte, thanks to youngna for the rec)
+ that certain mix of beauty and rougher edges everywhere you look

back with more berlin photos very soon.

I am totally in love with Berlin at the moment, everything I seem to like at the moment is connected to Berlin, I’m going to do a post dedicated to this beautiful city. I did one of Berlin apartment lobbies last week, some looked a little like the last pic, can’t wait to see more.

When I first went to Berlin, the broken buildings from the war where everywhere still… Are they still like that? Are there still bars and pubs and discos and cafes inside the “ruins”, or are they gone? I always wondered this.
You seem to have had a very nice time there.

I’m hankering after Berlin ever since I visited it for the first time last summer. Your pictures have just tripled that hankering! You’ve really captured the coolness of Berlin and the great graffiti surprises that are sprinkled all over the city. Your photos are amazing!!!!
