. . . . . . . . . . . .

well, i have summer vacation on the brain, and all of my flickr favorites above are a reflection of that fact.

my bags are almost packed and i’ve got this song on repeat for my travels. i think it’s a good one for august.

i won’t be posting on this blog for the rest of august. i’ll check in from time to time on flickr and i’ll probably have a few new inspirations, but otherwise: see you in september.

get out there and enjoy your summer, alright? that’s what i’ll be doing. until then, be well.

Love your sheets! And thanks for sharing the rest of the photos. Such a great soft summer feel to them. Reminds me of early evenings at the beach after people have started to pack up and leave.

    Hello, Brian.

I recently found your blog and website, and I’ve really been enjoying it. I see you use a Pentax K1000, and I’ve been thinking of experimenting with film and my Pentax. I was wondering if there’s a special type of film you use, or if you just use the stuff from the grocery store?

    Thanks for inspiring!

I love your beautiful photos. I have been daydreaming of Maine as well. Love Phosphorescent, one of my favorites, just saw him perform this song here in Philly, in the park on a warm summer night. Enjoy your vacation!
