checking in

September 2, 2010

i’ve been traveling a lot, living out of a duffle bag and spending time with friends and family in many places.

i’ve been enjoying some of my favorite things… late summer fruit and veg, dark and stormys, lazy afternoons.

and i’ve been lucky enough to spend days near the ocean, swimming and walking and talking with friends.

i’ve also found plenty of time for porch sitting in the summer evening, listening to the cicadas strike up their conversation.

i’ve seen the summer sky in boston, new york, michigan, maine, and connecticut.

and now, i’m soaking up my last few days of holiday and relaxing.  so i’ll be back with good stuff to share with you next week.  until then, be well.
