. . . . . . . . .
hi. today i wanted to show you some things spotted around town recently. most of these were taken in clerkenwell, which has always been one of my favorite areas in london. perhaps it is nostalgia; it’s the first area i explored after moving to london and i still remember walking around those streets on the first full day that i was here.
i also want to show you jen’s new project, the makers. i think it’s amazing.
a new month starts today, i think it’ll be a very good one.
more soon.
can’t believe it’s february already..
loving the first and seventh shot.
Happy February, happy sunny days!
Lovely to have a walk through your pictures.
wonderful photos, i wanna ride in that car (so bad!)
Nice nostalgic shots I agree. Been a fan of your blog since yesterday. Hope to see more.
Happy February! I think it will be a great month too. Love this set. I can see the appeal of this area in London.
that photo of the windows is breath taking
I love Clerkenwell too ….. thanks for the little reminder, great pics.
Oh and the link for The Makers is great … love it !!!
Ive been a reader for awhile now, but this is my first (of many comments)! I seriously love your photography! You are so talented, and look forward to your posts!
Como sempre, adoráveis seus post. Assinei e recebo-os por e-mail =D
Adoro, beijos!
lovely. you make me miss britain.
excellent shots, i love clerkenwell, too.
and yes! here’s to a great month.
Nice to see the sun shining in London.
I love that wall with the tiny notice on it about it being the entire property of Middlesex. I stumbled across that one too. Totally random.
I love these sunny shots. Makes me smile a lot. Thanks, Brian.
Loving that first shot with the sun…makes me really not look forward to this snowstorm we’re supposed to be getting tonight though.*L*
lovely photos – always enjoy seeing london through your lens!
Lovely pictures, especially the first one with the sun.
Happy February!
There is something I can’t put my finger on, your photos of the UK. Maybe it’s because you’re not from there. But the photos just so capture things…I bet Londoners just couldn’t do it this the same way. You have quite the eye! And doesn’t that car look like you could bite into it and it would taste like a candy apple or a cherry lollipop?
The Makers. Incredible.
Lovely photos as always, but thanks also for the link to The Makers. – They’re wonderfully evocative photo-essays!
what a beautiful way to start my day. happy february!
that car is awesome, globe lights always win, and i hope there’s some awesome story behind ‘special girls’ cuz that’s pretty fantastic.
Love these – that first shot is especially pleasing after we just received 18″ of snow last evening.
Wow – the “special Girls” Photo looks quite creepy – what was that?
and thanks for the THE MAKERS suggestion. truly beautiful!
That first photo is just amazing! Gorgeous gorgeous light.
SPECIAL GIRLS!
thanks for sharing the new photo essays. i’m sure i’ll be enjoying those too!
Hello. Your pictures are always so inspiring (you’re in my top 10 of the blog list I check every 2 days!), but your links are also very nice. I love what Jennifer is doing, and her new project makes me so much want to live in Brooklyn (I’m stuck in Lille, France). Bravo to her, and you, again !
This post looks like a herald of spring to me…
i really like the first shot, the light is simply beautiful.
Ohhh, that first one is spectacular. Thank yoU!
Great Karmann Ghia shot.
I love this set. I can’t wait to visit London soon.
