all of the rain makes everything green

July 18, 2011

. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

i’ve been shooting more often with my hasselblad, so i’ve been thinking about square compositions and medium-format photos.

to that end, i’ve been really inspired by my friend jen’s photographs taken with her mamiya c3 (a beautiful old twin-lens reflex camera).

Well, at least there’s one upside to so much rain. Hang in there, Brian.

It’s only a matter of time before you say, “Lovely weather for ducks” and then you’ll officially be an honorary Brit!

Awesome blog (I’m a newbie who needs to graduate from blogger because this wordpress look’s so much cooler)! Your photography shows the quiet good life, I love the nature and food and the chosen hour. ( I need a less literal title too : )

At school I used to love staring out the window at the trees when it rained, they looked ten times greener. Lovely photos, can I ask how much it costs for a roll of 120 film & processing in the UK? I’m from england but have been living in New Zealand and it’s just so expensive here, I’m wondering whether its worth buying film or not & getting it processed in the UK.
