. . . . . . . . . . .

hello there.

it’s been awhile, i hope you are doing well.

first things first: forgive the dust around here, my blog is undergoing a minor facelift and so things might look a bit weird over the next week.

but in the meantime, i wanted to stop in here and share some recent photos. to be honest, while the time away was necessary it didn’t go as i had planned. i wish i could tell you i’m back feeling rejuvinated, but there was much less relaxing than i had hoped.  i’m letting it go and moving on and i thought it would help to start posting here again.

there were some good times while i was away though. the photos above were taken during a short trip to the south of france where the sun was shining and it felt like summer for a few days.

and 3 things that i’m liking right now:
1. mark borthwick for margiela on nowness
2. my friend xavier’s new photography work: la devèze and barceloneta
3. vivre sa vie (and this dance scene) (thanks for the tip, RTS)

i’ll be back with more photos tomorrow.

The pictures are beautiful but I’m sorry it wasn’t the break that you hoped for. And I’m even sorrier that you have come back to such miserable weather! Please don’t hate London!

Incredible atmospheres! Some of your work has got me designing needlework in my head. Must put it to paper, and then….

Glad you are back and love the photos. I just left 90 degree weather in Oregon to visit this wonderful, but rainy London. Hoping for some of that sunshine here.
