a quick one

September 7, 2011

. . . . . . . .

i spent 72 hours in cape cod & boston for the wedding celebration of good friends back in august. it was a ton of fun, and it was over too quickly but i was so happy to be there.

it was the summer that i was missing: hot sunshine, time at the beach, laughing with old friends, drinking cold beers (whale’s tail pale ale, hell yes), a late-night bonfire, bare feet & shorts, a sunburned nose, hot lobster rolls with butter.   such good stuff.

These are beautiful Brian, just when I am heading back to MA for school. So well timed. Glad you had the summer you needed.

Bare feet on green grass. That is living right, I think.

You are so right about missing those things. I grew up on the east coast but live in California now, and it just never feels like summer without them.

Man. Loving these shots. They’re making me miss Summer already.
And Whale’s Tale is the best. I drink waaaaay too much of it.
