Lingering

October 4, 2011

. . . . . .

On my radar lately:
+ Wilder Quarterly
+ Nocturne, A Journey In Search of Moonlight (by James Attlee)
+ Zoo Kid
+ Peter Watkins, “They all wound, the last kills” (via)

Also, I’ve been re-visiting Mikael Kennedy’s Passport to Trespass polaroids this week … Mikael has been inspiring me for years and now his incredible project is archived online.  The photography is moving, and I’ve always thought his captions for the polaroids are a simple form of poetry.

I’ve been listening to a lot of Zoo Kid lately, too. Can’t believe he’s only 17 years old!

Zoo kid is a genius… and I’m in love with these autumn-moment-capturing pictures. So peaceful and of such beauty!

I love the third one; the light coming through the trees. It’s just so quintessentially “London.”

So lovely, the sunshine is always a thing that comes alive in your photos. Wilder magazine looks so cool! As does Nocturne – I always discover such wonderful treasures whenever I visit The Blue Hour.

Can I say how much I absolutely LOVE how you play with light in your photos? That is my weakest link when it comes to photography and you are an inspiration~
