. . . . .
Charlotte posted some great photos from a Sunday lunch that we enjoyed in London last October with Matt & Claire (who was visiting from Vancouver). And it got me thinking about how much fun we had that afternoon, how delicious that roast chicken is, and how much I loved hanging out at The Drapers Arms in London. So I decided to post my photos here, too. I have to say – looking through these photos, I do miss London and this crew.

Great mood and great photos, thank you Brian!
Love the story the pictures tell.
You make us feel there. Next time, please share some roast chicken with us ;-)

The Draper’s Arms… *sigh*
Gorgeous set Brian! Very inspiring photos!
Come out with a new blurb book, please! I’d like to hold your photos in my hands.
The lighting here is just superb! And I love the green of that bar. Especially against all that wood.
It absolutely was a famous day. With famous light, food and company. Another!
You and Charlotte are making me crave a London weekend…
A quintessentially English tradition that has become timeless – the Sunday roast. Great photos
peas in their pods and gooseberry meringue…
Great pictures, the light beautifully captured. So evocative, I almost feel like I am there. It all looks dimly familiar and nostalgic too, in fact. Where abouts in London, what Borough/area, is the Draper’s Arms?
