Now that the leaves have fallen from the trees outside, my apartment has become brighter just as the days are growing much shorter.
(I guess I’ve been paying close attention to the changing light: I just picked up 3 rolls of film and about half of them are photos of the light in my apartment… )

these are nice, b.
I’m really feeling the cooler, wintry tones in these, Brian. As the days grow shorter I find myself seeking out light more & more.
The colours and light in these pictures are stunning. It is funny, here we are coming in to Summer, but these photos help remind me why I do love the cooler, colder months as well.
Less but better… I’d take that light, too. These are good shots, B.
these are so subtle but at the same time, so beautiful.
that top image is really something, mister.
A very beautiful wood table with gentle light….
Brian, photography is the study of light, is it not? You done good my friend. Not sure where some of those
other people are coming from.
these are lovely.
I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of light I’ll find, once i move into my new apartment :)
Very nice pictures. Loved the tones and textures.
“There’s a certain Slant of light,/Winter Afternoons -” … Very nice Brian.
These are all so very pleasing to see. I love seeing the light captured views you share every time.
Hello Brian,
One of my favorite kinds of photographers are ones who are able to capture beauty found in the everyday things and in the everyday scene. I think you do a fantastic job and highly enjoy looking through your work, so I thought it’d be great to introduce you to even more bloggers out there.
Thus, I have nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award.

November light is special. There is nothing like it. It has a power doesn’t it?
