I photographed craftperson / artist / designer Michael Allen in his Williamsburg home & studio for Freunde von Freunden, and the interview & photos are now published on their site!

Click over to FvF to see the full set of photos and a great interview between Chrissa Theodore and Michael. He is a very interesting & talented guy and his home is exactly the type that I love to photograph – full of personality & spark.

You have an eye and a sensitivity that comes through in your work.

Beautiful photos! You can tell just from his home how brilliant he must be without really seeing anything. I really want to live in that house!

Cool house, I love how there is a plant in every corner! The white crispy light of this set of photos looks amazing and by the way FvF is a personally favourite of mine :)
