Last year, I worked on some photos with my friends Ian & Greg of Fort Standard. I recently realized that I hadn’t shared any of these photos yet – it was a fun collaboration.

These Chainsaw Stools were donated to raise relief funds for Hurricane Sandy. Ian & Greg gave new purpose to some fallen trees near Fort Standard’s HQ in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Armed with chainsaws, they cut away at the trees to create geometric stools. The stools were then painted different colors inspired by the storm.
