and if you don’t look at ida’s blog, you should. i am a big fan of her photos, and i have 2 of them hanging in my flat.
i’ll check back here soon with some words about my collaboration with albam for lines & shapes. good day to you.

Nice series Brian. We had fun that day! :-)
Love this set Brian.
I lived in England as a kid and these shots make me nostalgic – the strawberries, the textures, color palette, etc. Have you seen Jasper Conran’s Country book? Beautiful photographs of British country life. Seems like it would be right up your alley.
these are great brian. i love the light on that coffee. and re tom’s comment, i have that jasper conran book on my want list – it looks really special.
wow – love the first and second together!!! great photos b!!!
i love all the stripes, and the little olympus is awesome.
it seems like you’re always having great adventures.
great – i love strawberry season :)
I had a couch just like the one in the last picture, they are so great!
These are beautiful images. Were any of them taken with that Olympus?
ah! I love all of these photos to death! lovely :)
Great photos as always Brian. Quick question for you – cocktails in jam jars… is that a very American thing to do? I like it a lot!
hi lucy, i don’t think it’s american, really. i use jam jars because i break glasses all the time, and a box of 12 jars is inexpensive, easy to replace, and i can use them for drinks and for storage.
Pop! Red. Love it.
i love the third photo! and really enjoying the london posts since i will going there shortly!
I really like how vibrant and alive these photographs feel. Lovely as always.
Your series are always so wonderful. You find something magical in the every day.
Beautiful perspective and focus in these.
